Gift Cards are issued by our Corporate Office.  If your order is placed before 2 PM Mon-Fri it will be shipped out same business day.  If your order is placed after 2 PM or over the weekend, it will be sent out on the following business day.

Pickup will occur at our Headquarters located in Vienna, VA.  Once your gift card is issued, we will notify you via email that it's ready for pickup.
